The Dress

I got married on May 22 and I am looking to sell my dress to another bride who can get more use out of it. This dress is absolutely beautiful and it’s custom made since it was originally strapless but I bought the straps to be sewed into it. The dress is called “Hattie” by Rebecca Ingram and it’s a mermaid/hourglass silhouette. It is a size 8 and it’s been tailored to be form fitting to my body (i’m about 137 pounds). The color is “ivory over dusty mauve” and it has beautiful flower and leaves detail. There is built-in padding (Im size 32B and didn’t wear a bra) and it is a deep V cut. Both the dress and the straps are from Ashley Grace Bridal. The dress would need to be dry cleaned since we got married downtown and there’s some dirt and probably some little leaves on the very bottom. But overall this dress made me feel so beautiful on my wedding day and I would love for someone else to wear it so that it doesn’t just sit in the closet.

Alterations

Altered to fit closer to my body and some length taken off the bottom. Also the straps were sewn in.
