The Dress

This was my absolute dream spring wedding dress!
I had my eye on this Berta ever since it was advertised. Not in my wildest dreams did I ever think it was possible that I would one day own it.
I tracked this dress down at a 3 day trunk show in Melbourne and immediately made the purchase.
This dress made me feel incredible, as the intricate detail and overall design had my friends and family talking about if for months. It has such a romantic vibe, which is exactly what I was going for. I'll always remember what the sales lady said to me at the time of purchase. "you will style your wedding to fit the Berta" which is exactly what ended up happening. I had such a floral, spring theme at a winery venue. the Berta was perfect! The fit and everything about design just worked with my small height and petite frame.
This dress was so flattering and unique! I cant remember a time I ever saw such an adorable cap sleeve design, with plunging neckline. This dress will make you feel royal, radiant, flawless, sexy and so romantic! If you think it pictures well, wait until you see it in person! Try ons are of course available.

Alterations

Being quite short, I had a fair bit removed from the hem so that it was just touching the floor(with heels)
I also had it slightly taken in at the back, to prevent gaping.
I had a bustle added - 3 buttons at the back of the train to pin up for dancing.
