The Dress

Gorgeous and super comfortable lace sheath dress in figure-flattering style that feels a bit more like fit and flare! sheath dress - Iridescent sequins covering the intricate lace pattern throughout, medium low v-neck with a peekaboo floral accent at the base of the V, low back with really cool lace detail along back straps, rhinestone-encrusted spaghetti straps, and alternating rhinestone matte satin-covered buttons featured from the base of the low back all the way down the train (medium length, maybe chapel?), and a really beautiful scalloped lace pattern all the way around the hem and train.

Ordered brand new in March 2019, received from Belle Saison Bridal (Austin, TX) in August 2019, and worn for April 2020 microwedding and December 2020 vow renewal. Only minor alterations were the addition of simple hook and eye bustles that blend really well into the dress, and the taking in of the straps (not cut so they can be let back out to the original length to suit your fit). No repairs were needed after wear, and the dress was professionally cleaned by the Wedding Gown Preservation Company and is in a window shadowbox provided by them.

*Made to be 4" Shorter directly by the manufacturer so perfect for brides between 5'2-5'7 depending on heel height (For reference, I am 5'3" and this was perfect with my 4" heels)

Other Notes on Fit: Minor structuring in the bodice but still easy to move around in, and original built-in bra cups. The silhouette of this dress hugs curves in all of the right places, and the train moves around SO well.

Alterations

Only minor alterations were taking the spaghetti straps in to tighten a bit, and the addition of bustles (very well hidden within the lace)
