The Dress

This dress was made in 2013. I purchased it brand new right when the dress was first introduced as part of Melissa Sweet's 2013 bridal line. Please note that I ordered it in size 6P (petite). This dress has been sitting in a closet, in a preserved box since the wedding. It was dry cleaned after the wedding and taken to be professionally preserved. No rips or tears. This dress is beautiful and in great shape. I remember the photographer kept commenting on how beautiful the train swept across the ground as I walked. Guests would compliment that it looked like I was floating. The tiered satin-organza skirt is simply gorgeous. I loved the button details up the back of the dress. The natural shape of this dress is hourglass, and it does an amazing job at accentuating curves. Such a classic dress!

The dress was preserved with a flower crown and a strapless bra that was also cleaned. I understand if you don't want either, but I will have to remove the shrink wrapped plastic that was used to preserve the dress, in order to open the box. Please let me know if you're okay with that, and I will do so before shipping.

Alterations

I had the dress hemmed at the bottom because I wore flat sandals. I'm 5'4" without shoes. Also, I had the back of the skirt bustled, so after the ceremony you can put up the train.
