The Dress

I bought this dress in a trunk show July 2019 and the wedding was April 2021.

This dress is a dream to wear. It floats as you walk and the sequins shimmer so beautiful in person. The dress has an ivory underlay with ivory tulle and lace. Zip up back with buttons and loops over top. Flutter sleeves were added with the same lace as the dress. I was worried the sequins would irritate my arms rubbing against the dress but it didn't at all. The sleeves can easily be removed by a seamstress. There is a short train with three ribbons underneath to bustle is you wish (I could still dance without it bustled)

There is light dirt marks along the bottom edging of the dress which can probably be washed/cleaned out. There is also small dirt marks on a couple of the lowest lace appliques. There is also one layer of trim in the skirt that got caught on a nail and ripped some holes. This is not the top layer of skirt so isn't visible however this can be removed and replaced as it was removed when shortening the hem. (I have pictures available of the damage and dirt marks)
