The Dress

Hi there,

Here are some points about my gown:

- I am including my detachable skirt and veil in my price.

- There is a slit at the back of the gown (up to the back of the knee) which made it more comfortable for walking and moving.

- There is a leotard inside the dress with 3 different hooks underneath to make tighter/less fitted.

- My veil was very soft with small crystals scattered over it.

- I felt so comfortable and beautiful in my gown. The zipper at the back meant it was really easy to use the bathroom etc.

- The dress is in really beautiful worn condition. We were blessed with a sunny day and therefore there was not mud or dirt around.

- The dress has been dry cleaned by a dry cleaner who exclusively works with Berta gowns.

Alterations

- I had extra lace added to the bust line and went a size up (to a 10) but then I had it altered to my size (an 8) so that I had more coverage.

- The sheer layer that is normally over the skirt I had removed and made into a detachable overskirt.

- There are cups sewn into the dress so that there is no need to wear a bra.
