The Dress

This stunning gown in semi-transparent chiffon from leading European bridal house, Pronovias, is characterized by exquisite geometric beading and embroidery in a slim, fitted shape.

Timeless in its design with hand-sewn white, silver and clear beading in intricate patterns, delicately crafted illusion overlay, and sumptuous high-quality fabrics such as silk chiffon, chantilly lace and soft morbido tulle.

The nude lining gives the chiffon real depth and the intricate beading gives it a gorgeous sparkle.

Worn once during our April 2021 wedding, the dress is as original and in perfect condition - still has original tags, Pronovias hanger and Pronovias dress bag.

I will be sad to part with it, but so happy for another bride to be able to wear this incredible gown on their special day and enjoy it as much as I did!

As someone most comfortable in a 12E bra who didn't want to look matronly on her wedding day, the minute I tried on this dress I was tragically committed.

The chiffon skirt is wonderfully flattering, and the intricate beading lends the dress an air of Hollywood glamour and elegant femininity. There is a mid-length train that can be bustled so you can dance the night away.

I wore the dress comfortably all day, and found it a true AU/UK size 12. If you live in the Sydney Area (I'm in Oyster Bay) I would be happy for you to come a try on the dress, but due to the cost and risks of mailing, I do not want to be sending it out to people and have it returned.

Just note that your google search will show a flowing Watteau-style train. I didn’t like the fussy look or the hassle of a long train so opted not to purchase the train, however I daresay that most suppliers of the dress would be able to sell it separately if you wanted that look.

Alterations

I had the dress fitted with an internal bra, hem shortened, taken in minimally and I also added (removable) elegant flowing chiffon pieces over the shoulders which made me feel more confident than wearing the dress entirely strapless. The removable chiffon pieces simply clip on or off, easily converting the dress back to its original strapless design.
