The Dress

This is the stunning and magical 2020 Pronovias Caelum dress! Minimally altered and in perfect condition, I would be sad to part with it, but also sad to see it go unused.

As someone most comfortable in a 16D bra who didn't to look matronly on her wedding day, the minute I tried on this dress I was tragically committed. The chiffon skirt is wonderfully flattering, and the fine detail on the bodice lends the dress a dignified femininity for a wedding. There is a long train that can be bustled by a tailor (I did not want it bustled so there are no alterations to the skirt).

I wore the dress comfortably all day, and found it a true AU/UK size 14. If you like in the Sydney Area (I'm near the CBD) I would be happy for you to come a try on the dress, but due to the cost and risks of mailing do not want to be sending it out to people and have it returned.

The dress has been professionally dry cleaned. I would be willing to include the veil (pictured) if that makes the dress a little more accessible to any brides.

Alterations

No change to length, overall size, layers of dress etc.
I had the cups removed (these can be easily tailored in again, and really should be made to fit/ colour match your chest! I just used nipple covers to maintain the nude translucency of the gown)
I also had the gap between the front flowers closed and reinforced. At size 14 I found the top became a bit platter-like, and tightening the front by a few mms held better.
