For me this dress checked the boxes for , classic elegance. The ivory lace overlaid champagne silk made it feel a little more interesting than a traditional white dress. The gown is snug fitting until mid thigh, but with enough movement around the legs for dancing. The train was long enough to make an impression, but not overly so to be cumbersome. A French bustle was used for the reception and satin sash worn around the waist for the ceremony. Looks beautiful with or without any additional waist embellishment. The gown does not have any stains or tears.

- The gown was originally strapless, but I needed to have a little more coverage to my shoulders for our church ceremony
- The lace was added to the top part of the gown
- I think it could easily be taken off if you preferred to have it strapless
