The Dress

100% pure silk A-line wrap gown, made ethically in England.

This dress was perfect for my wedding and everyone couldn't stop talking about 'that dress'. The gown is elegant but modern, with its deep v back and a drape that floats effortlessly.

One of my favourite things about this dress is that I didn't have to compromise on comfort. The silk is so incredibly light, so you can easily hold the fabric and do cartwheels (if you feel inspired to do so).

I didn't have this dress altered but there is a small silk-covered button on the waist that is designed to be adjusted depending on the bride's waist measurements to ensure the dress is secure. I am between a standard Australian S-M and have a DD cup bust. I used a small amount of double sided tape on the shoulders to ensure the dress was secure, and I didn't need to think about adjusting it all day.

All in all, this dress is extremely flattering and would suit most shapes.

Currently one silk button is missing (easily replaceable) and a light mark or two that the dry cleaner pointed out but isn't noticable.

I recently had the wedding dress dry cleaned (to the value of $450AUD) - asking price factors this in.

Please don't negotiate on price. I'm in two minds about selling this dress, so I'm holding firm on asking price.
