Genuine vintage 1930s opera coat / peignoir with mother of pearl clasp. Bought to wear for my vintage wedding but unfortunately couldn't go ahead with our plans due to the pandemic. I'd love to see someone wear this for a bit of joy in these times, so priced super-low and offers accepted.
Looks absolutely gorgeous over a simple 1930s style dress, and would look amazing with a beaded 1920s style dress. Perfect for winter or outdoor weddings, I felt like a queen swishing around in it when I tried it on.
I have made no alterations. This would probably suit anywhere from a UK street size 6-12 with minimal alterations.
In excellent vintage condition. Normal vintage discolouration to interior fabric as might be expected.
