Description as taken from Catherine Deane's website: 3D beaded and embroidered florals decorate the Lavonne Gown forming a nostalgic yet contemporary wedding dress. More intrigue hides within the gown as the floral scalloped overlay dips into a deep v in the back to reveal a satin bodice with delicate buttons.
The dress is very comfortable to wear and helped me feel relaxed & confident on the day. I was really drawn to the beautiful beaded details as this captured the romantic and bohemian look I was after.
Condition: Generally in a good condition but it was worn on the beach and through a field of flowers. Despite a professional dry clean there are some small marks to the inside layer at the hem of the dress at close inspection.
Alterations
I had the dressed altered by a wedding dress seamstress: I had the straps shortened, the inside layer from the back removed to create an open back and size D bra cups added.
