The Dress
This gorgeous ‘Emily’ gown was an absolute dream to wear on my wedding day!! Wish I had the chance to wear it again it was so delightful and fun to wear! (As well as unbelievably comfortable!)
It is made of the most luxurious ivory silk georgette, with overlaying Verona silk, and delicate lace on the bodice. I wore it with a slim-line georgette belt which tied nicely at my back above a sweet line of silk buttons.
The dress is so soft, flowing, and flattering. Given the fabric and the A-line design, there is so much movement in the skirt- which makes twirling very fun.
Designed and made in Paddington, Brisbane, by the loveliest team of ladies. Would recommend any alterations being done by them if needing hem adjustment etc. Dry-cleaned by a highly experienced professional (Leon’s). Has come up beautifully! As new!! I would welcome you to come and try it on and see for yourself.
