Brand new! Before buying this dress my mother and I looked all over it (since it is a sample) for any snags or stains which we couldn’t find. It is in perfect condition. I made a decision to buy another dress as I realized this one just wouldn’t fit my wedding style at all. It is unaltered. I believe the coloring is Ivory over Champagne. It’s so soft and fluffy feeling, definitely not like many other kinds of tulle that feel stiff to the touch. There are small clear sequins inside of the flower appliqués. It would be great for a fall/winter/spring wedding! Mine however is in the middle of July in south Texas, so it wouldn’t have worked out to begin with haha. Thank you for considering my dress!
