The Dress

After a lot of deliberation and back and forth I’ve decided to sell my absolutely stunning wedding dress in hopes that another bride can fall
in love with this dress like I did!

Completely customised off the shoulder Demetrios ball gown purchased from the Sposa Group in Leichhardt. Completely perfect, dry cleaned and no damage at all.

Chantilly lace with full beading over the whole dress and chapel length train. Photos seriously don’t do this beautiful detailing justice!

This was a dream to wear. It was comfortable, light as a ball gown could possibly be and did not budge all night. I never had to fiddle with the sleeves or pull it up at all.

I adore this dress and would love to see another bride get use out of it rather than it sit in a box.

Alterations

Sleeves were originally long so we used the original sleeves lace to make fully customised sleeves.

Back was sheer with the buttons so lined the button back so it’s not sheer and holds your waist and back in more for a more corseted look.

Full boning added all along bust to add more structure and ensure no folding of the neckline.

Cups added to bust for extra support.

One point bustle.

Hem shortened

Taken out slightly so it is closer to the fit of an 18 but made to match measurements listed. Easily can be taken in to 2-3 sizes smaller as confirmed by my alterations specialist on enquiry about selling the dress
