The Dress

House of Wu Ellavie blush, fit and flare/trumpet gown purchased off the rack. Brand new gown with no alterations, and it has never been worn. Bodice is unique in that is has two different types of lace, beading, a sweetheart neckline and illusion back. In natural lighting, the blush hue is more prominent than underneath white light.This gown fits all bodies well, especially for those with fuller busts or hourglass shape. Waist line can be accentuated even more with alterations. Easy to sit down and move around in as the skirt leaves room for movement! This bridal gown is a SIZE 18, fit loosely when I was a dress size 10 US. I have an hourglass shape with a very full bust and hips and this dress shows off your shape in all the right places. Once this gown is on, it's absolutely breathtaking and I didn't want to take it off!

The softer color tone of this dress was the absolutely perfect for our rustic fall-themed wedding and I felt like a perfect bride, but we had to postpone the wedding to spring time due to COVID. Since the time of the year and theme of our wedding has changed, my idea of the perfect wedding dress also changed.

The original tag was removed by the bridal store where this was purchased. I was told it's difficult to find photos of House of Wu gowns online so the bridal shop was kind enough to put this on the mannequin for photos. The mannequin in this photo is very small and the gown was pinned for fit - it it is a SIZE 18. I did include several photos from when I tried it on in store for size reference. There is a small black mark on the innermost layer of the skirt that is less than an inch long and 2-3mm wide, most likely a result from being on display prior to purchase. The mark is not visible unless the skirt is lifted up to expose it.

I'm open to negotiating the price.
