Hello, fellow conscious and tasteful brides-to-be!

I bought Byron for its timeless simplicity and dramatic silhouette. As a curvier girl, I wanted to highlight all my best bits and on the day I truly felt 100% like myself in all the right ways. Byron is an impressive dress and can look totally unique paired with great jewellery and bridal accessories. I got a ton of compliments wearing her.

Generally, I fit a 10-12 in tops and 12-14 in bottoms, however, was a 16 against the One Day sizing guide. It has been altered slightly under the bum so the silhouette was stronger. Otherwise, the dress has not had alterations.

This dress is a 'natural' white colour, rather than a harsh white. The bonded georgette fabric is dense and comfortable. It is structured and holds in all the right places, yet has enough give to move- and it's not too heavy! I stayed in it all day and night.

The dress has been dry-cleaned professionally. Please see photos for the remaining marks - the first photo shows the zipper has broken, it does not affect the use of the zip and it does not show when the buttons have been done up. I actually accidentally broke the zip on my final fitting and wore it broken on the day- it does not show. The middle photo shows the marks on the lining, these are on the inside of the lining at the back of the dress and the photo provided is of the worst marks on the lining hem. The bottom photo is the centre back of the dress with a small mark, again not noticeable unless you are seeking the flaws out. These imperfections are reflected in the price.

I am 163cm tall without shoes but wore heels on the day so the dress has plenty of length (see photos).
