The Dress

It's time to find a new home for my wedding dress and hopefully someone else can feel as amazing as I did on my wedding day in October 2019!
I absolutely adored my wedding dress - the exquisite detail in the beading and fit of the dress made me feel fantastic on the day, and I love looking back at photos. As someone who has typically struggled with how I feel in my body, the A line style was perfect so I'd recommend for anyone unsure on what style to go for.
I bought the dress as a size 12, but it was taken in so I'd say it's really for a size 10 or smaller.
I had the dress professionally dry cleaned and boxed but there are marks on the inside of the dress where it has touched the floor - downside of an autumn wedding and train! The good news is you can't see the marks when the dress is on.
There is a very small red mark on the skirt (smaller than a 5 pence piece) but I think another clean could remove it.
A few of the beads on the top look like they could do with being secured, but usually a seamstress would happily do this if you were asking them to fit the dress to you anyway. I really had to look to find loose ones, so on the whole it's in pretty good condition.
I wore the dress with a fitted bodice underneath. I have this and am happy to pass onto the new owner, but you may prefer to wear without as in the model pictures.

Alterations

The top of the dress was taken in to fit around my waist and chest. The bottom of the dress was taken up slightly.
