The Dress

I have never felt better than in this beautiful Divine Atelier dress, which is called 'Leya', but was made bespoke with a silk tulle skirt with grecian folds (so there are no horizontal seams). You can find all of the details here: https://www.divine.ro/wedding-gowns/leya/

The corsetted top accentuates your waist but sits high enough that I felt completely free all day, even after a 3-course meal and definitely for the dancing. The built in structure means I didn't even need to wear a bra! The lace back with buttons was the subject of many complements. The very bottom of the skirt is a little dirty but this is likely to be hemmed off anyway, as I'm 5 ft 10 and was wearing heels. There was also a tiny tear in the skirt, which has been invisibly mended and sits within one of the folds.

At £2400 new, this dress was much more than I intended to spend, but it was just so flattering when I tried it on and it made me feel so wonderful that there was no way I could resist. Having felt that magical wearing it, I would now love nothing more than for it to be the centre of attention for someone else's wedding day. Please feel free to ask any questions!
