The Dress

I fell in love with this dress the moment I saw it due to the raw silk bottom that almost has a pink/ivory hue. I also love the raw silk skirt in contrast to the white delicate lace top/bust. The two blends of fabric combined create such a feminie, unique and whimisical gown.

I was not able to wear the dress due to Venue changing and thus changing the style of gown needed. The dress has never been worn. I did get it altered before the change.

This alteration included:
-lining in the bust so it was not see through
-clip in back to create more secure bust/strappy criss cross look (I'm sure this could be changed back to straigt)
-Slight hem that could be taken out.

I also, have some extra lace that the designers sent me in case of any more alterations to the bust section.

Since I don't have any pictures in the dress, below is a link to a wedding where the dress was photographed. The Wedding Dress I own has more of the ivory/slight pink hue to the silk shirt as seen in the photos above.
