I got this dress custom made, the tulle part is also sparkly. It is sheer with pearls on the top part. The dress fits amazingly on the body because it has a corset. I felt like a princess in it because of how it flows out! It looks like it’s off the shoulder but it isn’t so u can dance and move comfortably!
