The Dress

Professionally dry cleaned after I wore to our wedding in October 2020 in Northern Ireland.
The gorgeous Celine gown. Honestly the most beautiful dress. I’ve attached a photo from the KWH website to describe the dress.

The dress would fit a size 10 and a 12. If I could describe it I would say it’s more of an inbetween size like an “11” but I know people do like the Celine dress very tight and the way the material is it stretches very nicely so would also fit a 12. (Hope that makes sense- any questions just ask!)

I love love loved this dress so much and hope someone else gets to wear it and love it as much as I did.

Please note on the last photo there is a a couple of small holes. This is at the bottom back of the dress - took me ages to find it actually so absolutely not noticeable and easily fixed by professional seamstress. (it was the professional dry cleaners that pointed it out!)

Alterations

So I got this in a UK size 12 but I had some alterations to take me in very slightly at the waist (although it is that sort of material that stretches and gives so it wasn’t tight on me) and also I got some material slightly taken off at the front of the dress so that I wouldn’t trip. I wore heels and I am 5 foot 6. No length taken off at the back- just a margin at the front.
I also got cups attached in so I didn’t have to worry about wearing a bra- these are easily taken out though.
The sleeves are also turned up one turn- can be let down again though.
