WTOO Effie is a fun, feminine bridal skirt! It features tiered layers of tulle edged in varying widths of horsehair for a flouncy, voluminous silhouette!
This is skirt only. Designed as separates for maximum versatility. This skirt has never been worn. It was purchased 2020 for my spring wedding which has been postponed to late autum hence a change of outfit.
The skirt is in perfect condition as it has not been worn. Ivory colour.
Waist size is 29inch which roughly translates to UK12.
