The Dress

I bought this skirt this year; however, I have changed sizes, so I am selling it. It is stunning and has been sitting in its bag in a closet all year. The seller was absolutely correct when she said the alterations made the skirt look even better. The original comments are below. I am happy to send further photos if you need them! Just send a message. I will consider reasonable offers as well. I put in shipping costs, but ultimately it will depend on location. Overseas from here in the USA tends to be 100-200 USD, sometimes more depending on location. It is a Size 8 but I have had it taken in around the waist, hips & bottom so it was more of a fitted silhouette fit around these areas.

I am 163cm tall, skirt with a small block heel just swept the floor at front of skirt, train falls approx 10-15cm longer at back.

Just an FYI in the photos without the underlay I wore white high waisted full brief swimmer bottoms, tucked the top into this- giving it a fitted body suit appearance.

From waistband to floor seam at front of skirt: 107cm
Measurement of skirt waistband: 65cm

Alterations

Alterations
I had it taken in around the hips so skirt didn't balloon out too much over hips. This gave the skirt a slightly more fitted look around the bottom and hips.

Length of skirt was reduced at front and a small train left at the back (this actually made the skirt look more like a wedding dress).

Stretch underlay (white) made into a removable piece from the skirt that was able to seamlessly be removed between ceremony and reception.

Had a tab added to the back of the dress (invisible to the normal eye) so skirt train could be 'hitched' up at the back for dancing. Additionally had two clear elastics added to underside of skirt so it could be held up for dancing.

This skirt and top combo had over $1000 in alterations and the finished product and fit is far superior to the original.
