The Dress

My dress was purchased from the Karen Willis Holmes at the Alexandria Sydney store. I knew as soon as I tried it on it was the one I would wear walking down the aisle !

The perfect combination of classic and sexy, the Taryn and Camille wedding gown is all about showing off and enhancing your shape. A super fitted U-shape bodice designed to beautifully display your décolletage and a classic full skirt with a side split make this gown the perfect juxtaposition of classic and edgy. It has only been worn once on my wedding day, the 5th of September 2020. It has been professionally dry cleaned (by a recommended supplier by Karen Willis Holmes) and is in immaculate condition.

Alterations

All alterations were made by the Karen Willies Holmes team.

I purchased a size 10, however it was altered to fit me as I am size 8 bodice. The dress was hemmed (I am 160cm tall and I wore 7cm heals).
There is more than enough fabric in the skirt to play with should you need to make alterations and the dress also came with spare buttons should you need them. I can also refer you to a designer for any further alterations - if required.

- Gown is made in Mariko fabric with a button back closure
- Gown has structured fit and is made with a boned bodice
- Bust has Cup inserts - I am a side 10B bra size
- Belt Included
- Pocket feature - both sides
- Bustle for train -designed to elegantly tie up the full skirt, to allow you to move freely on the dance floor
