The Dress

This dress is brand new and has never been altered. I picked it up from the bridal boutique in Dec 2020. I can no longer wear it for my wedding because I ended up losing a lot of weight and bought another dress. If you can fit in a sample size 12 (I was a street size 6/8), then you should have no issue with this dress. I tried on the sample size and that is the exact size the boutique ordered for me. It feels so silky smooth. I actually cried when I tried the sample on the store because I felt so feminine, bridal, and comfortable. I had a little bit of a stomach and have always been a busty girl. With this dress, I would not have needed any undergarments for the top half because the boning and the added cups made me feel so secure. It's such a romantic dress with a touch of sexiness due to the slit in the front left. I tried it on once at home, about 2 months after picking it up. That's when I determined I had lost too much weight and wouldn't be able to get it taken in enough without compromising the essence of the dress. Because I did wear it at home to try it on, and I do have 3 dogs, there may be some fur at the bottom. I did my best to remove as much fur as I can find. The dress is also missing the tiny "hook" (of the hook and eye) at the top of all the buttons in the back. These are quite cheap and should be able to be added by any seamstress. The back zippers up most of the way and then there are a few buttons at the top in the lace portion of the dress. The buttons going down with the zipper, can also be fastened. The dress will come with a cute baby pink garment bag. Some of the photos show a belt. The belt will not be included, only the dress.
