The Dress

This is the Iris Gown in Champagne color and I'm still so in love with this gown and wish I could wear it again. It would make me so happy to pass it on for your special day. The dress has intricate hand-embroidered floral appliqué is truly a work of art. Coupled with a plunging V-neckline and strappy back detail that nearly disappears, Iris is a showstopper! I felt like a woodland princess in the dress and it's was so comfortable with the flowy bottom, especially since I'm a pear-shaped girl. I used fashion tape as a just in case to keep the top area in place but eventually peeled them off because I didn't need it. The dress was professionally cleaned and I wore it just until after dinner. I changed into a different dress for dancing and after party so the dress wasn't drenched in sweat or tortured on the dancefloor! I also have extra material from the hem I can include so you can add more flowers to the dress or your veil. Please feel free to contact me with any other questions you may have.

Alterations

Hemmed in the front. The train was not touched so it’s still in full glory. The straps in the back were shortened about an inch. The top "triangles" were made thinner to fit my 34B cup size. A bustle was added (see last photo for what it looks like with the bustle up).
