This couture gown is truly beautiful with some of Vera Wang's finest embroidery work from her Iconic line. This gown is a rare find, only some retailers carry it and usually it needs to be made to order (it literally says made to order on the inside tag of this dress). The silk chiffon is transparent with a silky soft lining making this gown effortless to wear. The ornate embroidery (passementiere) and ostrich feathers make this dress both angelic and opulent. This timeless dress will make any bride feel luxurious and beautiful, I know I did.

I only wore this gown for photo's and the short walk down the aisle, afterwards I changed into a different Vera gown for my reception. The feather train is long enough that you can carry it like a boa the way I did as seen in the images, or there is a wrist holder in the underside of the train as well. There are no damages of any kind to this dress, it's in perfect condition. I purchased it as a size 6 because they didn't have a sized 4 available, and it was altered down to be more like a street 2 to 4 (I'm in between).

I made sure that there was a bit of room left in the fabric on the arms just in case it would need to be taken out slightly. No original details were removed in the alterations of this gown.
