The Dress
Elegant lace dress with ivory fabric underlining. Lacy open back which does not scoop past the waistline. Perfect for a relaxed beach wedding. Dress was very comfortable, easy to walk and dance in. Fairly lightweight and breathable for a long dress. One bustle on back of the dress broke on the day but it didn't have any impact, and I was still able to do our first dance without tripping over.
The dress is a US size 4/AU size 8 in the hips and was brought in around my bust and waist to around a US size 2/AU size 6. Unfortunately I do not have my exact measurements at the time I wore the dress, however the sizing should provide a guide.
Alterations
The original dress had a plunging V neckline (see screenshot included in photos and https://www.watters.com/willowby/products/asa) which I had altered to make slightly more "modest". Additional lace from the hem was appliqued to the neckline. The pictures on the Watters website also show nude lining however I ordered the ivory lining.
