I bought this dress intending for it to be "the one" and just changed my mind. This effortless and elegant dress has never been worn out of the store. It may also be the last of its kind available anywhere. It has sold out on every site I can find.
I was convinced I would never look good in anything slightly fitted but this gown completely changed my mind. If you are hesitant about fitted gowns, this designer really knows how to make a dress that looks great on a wide range of body types.
It is a sample gown that has been impeccably maintained and cared for straight from a boutique and in excellent condition. No alterations have been made to it. It is a label size 8. I am a size 4 in street sizing and we would have needed to alter it to fit me so it is probably a street size 6. It is very light and comfortable, crepe silk, super flattering, ivory with a lace applique on the sides, slimming, vertical seams, and key hole back.
