The Dress

I loved everything about my dress. This dress is fit and flare / mermaid style. The bodice is sheer but not too sheer that you can entirely see your skin. There are sequins and glitter on the dress that make this dress nice and glitzy! There’s a nice stretch to the dress so you have the right amount of comfort to enjoy your wedding day and not feel uncomfortable. After the alterations, when walking, only my toes would peek out. The dress doesn’t drag and is about a half inch off the ground. My ceremony was outdoor at a park but has been dry cleaned after the wedding and has no rips, tears, or stains. It’s in immaculate condition. This dress made me feel extremely confident and beautiful and I would love for another bride to experience the same thing as me for Their wedding day! I can definitely provide more photos and videos if interested! Side note: I weighed 127 lbs and my measurements on wedding day are listed below.

Alterations

A bustle was added and length was cut off the dress for my height. Without shoes I’m 5’2. With tennis shoes I’m 5’3. On wedding day I wore 3 inch heels making me 5’5 on wedding day.
The straps were taken in less than an inch because I am small chested and they straps were slipping off my shoulders. Also, 3-3 additional buttons were added on the back for security
