The Dress

This dress has a full skirt and dreamy lace details but is surprisingly comfortable and was easy to move in. It’s the perfect dress for someone who wants somewhat of a classic look but wants to feel comfortable on their wedding day. I didn’t think I wanted the full skirt but as soon as I put this dress on, my mind was changed! This dress is so beautiful and versatile for different wedding themes and locations.

My favorite part of this gown is how the lace details cascade down the tulle. I also added a belt that really pulled the look together. The dry cleaners took it off and reattached it as part of the cleaning process so if you had another belt in mind, a skilled tailor could probably make the swap!

Alterations

The dress is a size 4 and was taken in at the bust and taken up in the length. Bust was taken in to fit a 34B and length was taken up to fit 5’2” height with 2.5”-3” heels. Three small clasps were added to the back below the zipper/buttons and loops were sewn in in order to have the option to bustle the train for the reception.
