The Dress
Pronovias Ileas dress. I did not need to wear a bra with it which was perfect bc it is low cut and almost backless so i didnt need to worry about the bra (since I added cups in alterations). The tummy part has a decent amount of lace so it almost holds you in a little more. I was worried I couldnt wear underwear because the sides come down really low but with the lace and the sheer, nude color panties worked perfectly! The dress was light enough where i didnt feel exhausted at the end of the night. It was easy to bustle when it was time to party. The dress didnt cut into my shoulders at all. I wore the dress once (just wedding day, no next day photoshoot). The dress is dry-cleaned and ready to ship. I dry-cleaned it a month after the wedding date.
Alterations
I bought a size 12 and had it altered to fit me better. I have big(ger) hips and small(er) waist so the 10 was too small for the hips, but the 12 was too big on the waist. The white fabric under the lace train hid the beauty of the lace, so I had it trimmed to make the train more dramatic (also, the dress was lighter, yay!). You can see this in the pictures. I added boob cups and it gave me solid cleavage! It is also already bustled. I spent about 1500 in alterations. The person doing the alterations is very good at what she does.
