The Dress

Pronovias Atelier “Runis” 2018 Dress. This dress is BRAND NEW and UNWORN! It is an ivory color and is entirely beaded. Purchased for my March 2020 wedding and like so many other couples, we had to cancel due to COVID. We chose to indefinitely cancel our wedding and elope in a casual ceremony and I ended up wearing a different dress.

The length has not been altered and the dress has not been taken in anywhere. The only very minor alterations that have been made to this dress are some added boning in the bodice to hold it up. My seamstress informed me the addition of boning was likely necessary for anyone buying the dress to keep it up, so if purchasing from a retailer, this would likely have to be done regardless. The only other very minor alterations were slight adjustments of the lining of the train to prevent it from peeking through the bottom.

Aside from me trying the dress on at my two short fittings at the tailor, this dress has never been worn and is new. This is the perfect opportunity to get a brand new dress at a greatly reduced rate! I love this dress and I am very sad to part with it, but would love to see it go to a beautiful new bride who will be able to wear it!

The pictures above are me at the initial try-on (this dress was the bridal store sample and NOT the dress you would be receiving)and me at my second fitting at the seamstress (this IS the dress you would be receiving).
