The Dress

This is a 2020 Blue by Enzoani Lysandra full length wedding dress in ivory with nude/beige underlay color option to highlight the lace applique detailing. Crystal beads at wrists and back, sequin shimmer and shiny threads throughout the lace appliques and has a zipper and hook eye closure at the waist. I added three bustle points to keep the dress off the floor for dancing but with Covid-19, we were unable to have our wedding and I only wore the dress for an hour for a photoshoot.

I had the dress professionally dry-cleaned and will mail it in it's extra long pink garment bag protected with acid-free tissue paper. Besides the alterations, the dress is in like new condition, from a smoke-free home.

This is an easy dress to fit into in that it's backless, A-line at the waist so the hips don't need to be altered, and I increased the inserted cup size so no substantive alterations to that portion of the dress were made. I fluctuated 10lbs between the time of purchase and the time of use and it didn't make a difference. I added length to the sleeve with matching lace that I purchased from the designer since I have longer arms and it's stitched loosely for easy removal. I have included a picture of the sleeve addition and you can see where the nude mesh stops and the additional white lace was added.

I'm 5'8" and weigh 136lbs for reference.

Modern-day princess dress, full-length, A-line gown with long illusion lace sleeves, illusion bateau over sweetheart neckline on the unlined bodice, low V-back. Alterations

Dress shortened to a height of 5'8". Cups replaced from B to C. 2" of lace added to sleeves with a loose threading so easily removable if you want to go back to the original sleeve length which was almost a full sleeve but not quite for long arms. Three point bustle added. Waist brought in to 26.5". Minor nips and tucks.
