The Dress

This flowing A-line dress features a Tala lace bodice with a soft netting skirt, a stylish V-neck, and pearl button details. This dress was originally a sleeveless dress but 3/4 sleeves were custom made and added. Additional tala lace and alba trim from designer were ordered to ensure a seamless transition from lace bodice to sleeves. Lace was hand placed on sleeves. The underarms are intentionally left un-sewn to provide more mobility in the arms, but they could easily be sewn up. In all my photos you could not notice the openings and none of my guests could tell. I appreciated the extra movement.

The dress waist line fits comfortably above your natural waist so it pulls you in creating a nice shape. There is a silk slip underneath which is loose enough to not restrict movement. The back has a zipper closure and a 24 silk button closure. The back is a sheer back but is beautifully low cut to show off your back.

The dress was worn for my wedding day. It was professionally dry-cleaned the next morning then placed in a preservation storage box. Wedding date was [removed], it has been stored in the box in a cool, dry place since being cleaned.

Veil included in price and box with dress. The veil is a simple, traditional veil with a subtle silver lining on the outside.

Alterations

- 3/4 sleeves added - made from Alba trim and hand placed tala lace (same as dress bodice). My arm measurements were length 23”, bicep 12”, and forearm 10”. The sleeves are slightly loose fitting.
- bottom hemmed - I am [removed] with my wedding shoes, the dress is floor length
- bra cups added
