The Dress

If you're looking for a lace gown, but want something a little different, this could be the vintage-inspired dress of your dreams. I felt like a goddess my whole wedding day in the Willowby Nala gown.

The floral Doutzen style lace with eyelash trim is totally unique and I've never seen anything similar. The covered buttons added to the back really give the dress that romantic, vintage feel. Plus the geometric lines throughout the bodice gives it a modern touch that is super flattering (it totally accentuates your waist).

If boho is more your style, the dress can easily be made to fit your vibe. Willowby's photos show an off the shoulder style strap. I used that material to create a regular shoulder strap, but you could easily have it altered for an off the shoulder look.

The dress is very comfortable, light, and easy to move around in - perfect for spring and summer brides. The train is the perfect length. It will trail behind you beautifully as you walk down the aisle, but won't get in the way. I even wore the dress on a hike to a waterfall to get some beautiful adventure style photos!

Alterations

The dress was taken in to fit me and a bustle was added. The length was not shortened. Regular straps were added, as opposed to the off the shoulder look the dress comes with. I also added covered buttons down the length of the back zipper.
