The Dress

Stunning Romona Keveza Couture Collection dress from her 10th Anniversary Collection. This style is one of her most popular, timeless options. Made of ivory silk taffeta with ruching from the bust through the hips. Trumpet shape features an obi bow detail at back, an optional wrap around the right arm (I wore it pinned to the bodice with hook and eye closures for extra ruching and more arm mobility for dancing), boning throughout bodice, crinoline in skirt, and a Watteau train. No sequins or lace, just a sleek and sophisticated silhouette. Ties for a French bustle were added. Purchased in 2011 for $5,100 and worn for less than eight hours between bridal portraits and wedding that October. Professionally cleaned and preserved in 2011. Opened to check condition immediately prior to listing, and it is as lovely as it was on my wedding day. I hope this dress will be the dress of your dreams!

Alterations

Altered to accommodate extra bust (+2") and for height in shoes (5'8"). Snaps/hooks for arm strap and ties for bustle added (bustle pictured).
