The Dress

Absolutely gorgeous Justin Alexander Sincerity collection dress NEW WITH TAGS! I feel in love with this dress the second I saw it and haven’t seen one like it since, but sadly, it wasn’t ready by my wedding day and I ultimately went with a different dress. The top has sheer features and appliqués through the dress, and some metallic within the appliqués. The liner is a super light blush tone with a champagne overlay and the dress is perfectly flowy fitted in the appropriate places. This dress is perfect for any season and feels so much lighter and more comfortable on than any dress I tried on (including the one I wore on my wedding day). The buttons go down the back beautifully and I had breast pads added so as not to find an appropriate bra. I also had a bustle added for the reception, and a slight hem (only enough to remove the extreme excess and kept the full train). I am a street sized 12 in just about every brand and this dress fit perfectly and flattered my figure beautifully. I paid about $1400 total (before tax was somewhere around $1300) and $300 for alterations. I will also give the matching floor length veil (one layer, scalloped, and simple) that was purchased for around $300 for free!
