The Dress

Classic ballgown in ivory Mikado satin with gorgeous silver, opal and pearl Swarovski beading detail fully encircling neckline and waist. When trying on dresses, I discovered my skin is actually quite sensitive to most wedding lace, so I was thrilled to find this one that is as comfortable as it is flattering and supportive. Even better, it has pockets! Another great thing about choosing a ballgown was that it looked just as stunning posing with the long train as it did bustled & in motion (and of course, twirling in a full skirt is always super fun)! I felt like absolute royalty in this dress, and I would love to give someone else the chance to give it new life!

The dress looks wonderful with and without a veil. As you can see in the first picture, I opted to maximize the bling factor with a veil I actually handmade from intricately beaded fabric. It's a real treasure but I would be willing to sell it as well if you want the complete look - let me know if you'd like to see more pictures/videos :)

The dress and optional petticoat were dry cleaned immediately following my wedding in March and are in like new condition. Let me know if you have any questions!

Alterations

Alterations were about $300 - I only had the straps slightly shortened and a bustle added.
