I wore this timeless dress at my wedding in 2014. I felt beautiful, confident and sexy and was overwhelmed with compliments about how stunning and flattering the dress was.

Fully lined with imported polyester. Dry clean only.

I am pretty sure the dress was a size 10 or 12 before alterations, however, I am unable to see the size on the tag due to the dress being secured in a preservation box. The dress was altered. I believe it was taken in at the breast and waist, if I remember correctly. Attachments for a bustle were added, but I am not sure if the attachments withstood dancing, as I remember having to hold onto the train by the end of the night. On the day of my wedding I was a street size 8 and the measurements provided are approximately my measurements on my wedding day. Within a couple days of the wedding, I had the dress dry cleaned and preserved with "excellent" results per the cleaner inspection. The dress was secured in a box and wrapped in plastic up until 11/8/20 and stored in a clean closet in a non-smoking household. I took the plastic off to attempt to look at the dress tag, otherwise it is still secured in the preservation box.

I bought the dress for approximately $1000. It was on sale at that price, but I cannot recall the original retail price.

Alterations

Primarily, dress alterations included bringing in the waist.
