I am 5'2 at around 120lbs. I ordered a size 2 which fit perfectly except for the length and the bust area.
The gown has some beautiful layers of tulle and a nude/dusty rose lining. It is light and easy to move in. There is some discoloration (shown in photos) from after the wedding and the dry cleaners haven't been able to get it out. It's at the top of the halter neck and at the back of the dress. Not sure if it's due to being stuffed in the garment bag afterwards. It comes with the garment bag. More information about the dress via this link:

Alterations
I have shortened the dress to suit someone who is 5'2 without shoes. I'm petite in the bust area, so that has also been taken in slightly as well. I usually wear a 32A.
