The Dress

Altered but never worn, custom Paloma Blanca 4798. Safely stored - smoke-free, pet-free, covid-free. (Never worn only because alterations weren't done in time for my wedding, but I still love this dress).

This dress was custom-ordered direct from the designer with a sweetheart neckline instead of the original v-neck. It works for a more petite figure. Bridal size 4.
I did professional alterations to make this dress perfect for my height, see below. If you are close to the same size and height as me, it might be ready to go for you!

Bodice: classic, with high quality Paloma Blanca French lace and very light beading.
Skirt: between an A-line and ballgown style, with cascading multi-layered mesh tulle and 2-inch "horse hair" edging. The tulle is soft to the touch and flows while you move.
Back; stunning lace V-back, easily my favourite part of the dress.
Accessory: To complete the look, it comes with an optional champagne-coloured ribbon belt that cascades beautifully down the back.

Paloma Blanca is made in Canada with high quality materials and construction You can truly feel the difference between this gown and other brands when you wear it. I knew I could be comfortable for my whole wedding in this dress.

Alterations

Altered to the following measurements (inches): Bust 31.5, Waist 25, Hip 36.5.

Skirt: Hemmed to 5'2 height while wearing ballet flats. All of the layers of tulle are also hemmed. The designer's original 2 inch "horsehair" edging was sewn on after the hemming was complete.

Bustle: It has a gorgeous custom-tailored bustle that lets you twirl and dance with ease.

Bodice: I added extra lace on the neckline of bodice to make the it even more sweetheart-shaped for a petite figure. (It's the exact same Paloma Blanca lace, as I ordered extra for this purpose).
Push up bra sewn into bust (34A), can be easily switched to yours. I also had hidden bra straps sewn in to help support the weight of the gown, which can also be removed.
