The Dress
Top is covered in 4000 crystals and there is a crystal belt sewn on the dress. Included with the dress is a vail, and the hoop skirt in large. All items have been dry-cleaned and are in the return box from the dry cleaners. I am just under 5'4" and I wore 2 1/2 inch heels. You could do 3 inch and it would still be perfect.
Alterations
I had a piece of ivory material added to the back so it was not as shear. It is only maybe and inch I think and could be taken out.
