The Dress
A corded lace bodice adds dimension to this classic ballgown silhouette with a sweeping taffeta skirt. Piping outlines the bodice for a modern take on lace, while sweet button details finish the open v-back. Best of all, it has pockets!
Includes matching mask made from hem scraps (never worn) and the original BHLDN storage bag.
This dress was very comfortable to wear on a sunny 70 degree day. The skirt is heavy, but not too warm. The venting in the bodice under the arms kept me cool all day. The should straps are wide enough that they do not dig into you and also keep the girls very supported! The tuck-under bustle (see last picture) was a great choice. A few of the buttons will need to be reinforced by your seamstress, but they held up great for me.
