The Dress

This designer dress is one of a kind and perfect for a petite curvy girl. I was dress shopping at Neiman Marcus and they were having a trunk show for the designer, Isabelle Armstrong. I loved the "Luna" style from their 2018 Fall Collection, however I wanted sleeves and more coverage on the neckline and back. The brand representative told me they could custom make a dress for me based off my preferences.

I felt beautiful in this dress. There is in internal corset that held me in and made me feel secure. The fit was very flattering and I loved the coverage on the sleeves.

After my wedding the dress had some stains and tears on the bottom from guests accidentally stepping on the dress. I decided to invest in proper cleaning and repair services. I sent the dress to a professional repair company for two months, then a professional wedding dress cleaner and preserver for another four months. The dress is currently in a preservation box and has not been opened since returning from the cleaning company.

Alterations

This dress is custom made based off my body measurements.
- I have slightly larger arms, so the sleeves are a little larger than they would be for a normal street size 16.
- There are size D cups in the dress corset.
- I am 5ft without heels.
