The Dress

I would love another bride to be able to enjoy this beautiful dress. Especially as a fellow COVID bride, I know what a difficult time so many of you will be going through.

This is a timeless, classic style with beautiful modern polka dot lace overlying a boned bodice with buttoned back.

The sleeves are 3/4 length and finished with classic ivory ribbon, as is the waistband. This was a custom adaptation at my request, the dress usually comes with a diamante waistband and cuffs but this wasn't to my tastes- could easily be altered however by it's new owner.

I was so lucky that this was my perfect wedding dress, as a bigger bride with an awkward shape I struggled to find anything I loved but from the first try, it was so flattering. I wore it with very simple jewellery and it worked well for our English country garden wedding but it is so versatile, it could be styled in any way.

Bought from a premium wedding dress shop in the beautiful city of York, it comes with it's underskirt (which I bought separately) and carry bag.

It has undergone the highest quality dry cleaning by wedding dress specialists Terrington Burchett using their unique cleaning process but still has "slight heel marks remaining to the hem / train area". It is otherwise perfect.
