The Dress

I bought this dress from another seller on StillWhite, but ended up using a different dress. I have not worn it since it was bought, and it is in its original re-sold condition. Here's what the original seller wrote (which is accurate!)

Effortlessly elegant, the luxurious and sleek silhouette of the Arlo gown begins with a flattering soft V neckline and thin silk straps. Handmade with a thick double layer of matte crepe de chine silk, and is bias cut for an alluring, figure-hugging fit. This is a stunning minimalist gown that is both luxurious and timeless.

The dress is buttery soft and lightweight. You can walk with ease, dance without worrying, and go to the bathroom without help - huge wins!

I am usually a size US 6-8 with curves. I did not think a slip dress would be in the cards for me but quickly fell in love with how incredibly flattering (and comfortable!) this was. The double-layer silk is incredibly forgiving and the cut on top covers armpit fat and allows you to easily wear a strapless bra for support.

The dress is an overall size M in GLL sizing. They describe the colors as ivory, but I would call it more of a bright ivory - it falls somewhere between 'true white' and 'classic ivory' compared to other gowns I tried.

Dress comes with a 40 cm train.

I am 5'8" and had this made to wear with 3" heels. Dress could easily be taken in or up.

Note: there is some slight discoloration on the train (from outdoor wedding), but is hardly noticeable. Also slight pulling at the v, but again hardly noticeable/not an issue.
