The Dress

This is the most unique and breathtakingly delicate dress EVER!

Blush and shimmering gold.

If you want something that will give you the WOW factor or fairytale vibe, something eye catching, different and utterly stunning - this is the dress for you.
The dress was custom made by couture designer Jane Bower at Forever Couture Bridal, styled on designs by Galia Lahav.

The dress is backless, with a slightly boned bodice and comes with a couture wedding cape with hood, in matching champagne colour.

Spaghetti straps can be located differently, I wore them crossed to grant extra support for the bust.
The detail of the beadwork is shown on the pictures & it's amazing.

The soft French champagne lace overlays oyster pink satin. The colour of the dress is a dramatic blush and shimmering light gold.

The dress is extremely low cut at the back, very daring! The back also has a hook to connect left and right sides (I had this as an option to lessen the V-shape cut. Can also be worn unhinged, creating a deeper V).

I also have a champagne bolero that comes with the dress.

The dress, bolero and cape cost me £1950 in total including fittings and predations, it took 10 months to make from scratch.

Measurements are as follows:
1. Waist 26 with belt 28inches without belt
2. Hips 35 inches
Under bust 32inches. I was a 34b cup though when last fitted for it and it fitted perfectly (perhaps because it is backless?).
3. Top of Shoulder to floor Length 60inches -
I am 5'5 with 5inch heels and the dress just brushed the floor.
4. Around the knee 32 inches (I had the knee taken in very slightly from the usual tapering as I really wanted that hour glass shape. Its not too tight to walk or dance in, but very fitted!). There is a button to hook up that long tale of the dress, so nobody steps on it.
