The Dress
This dress has an intricate jasmine design made from lace which sits on top of a silk underdress. The dress was a nice tight fit without being prohibitive, I danced a lot in this dress! It wasn't the dress I had in mind when I was looking but absolutely loved it when I put it on. I think the dress makes a statement without being over the top, and from a great bridal company!
The dress was ordered as a street size 10/12. These were the actual measurements that were sent to Laudae: Bust - 36.5"; Waist - 31"; Hips - 41"; H2H - 52"; High hip - 37.5"; Nape to waist - 12"
Alterations
I asked Laudae to make the neckline into a natural V with 'petals trickling'. I had the train shortened from how it came from Laudae, and also had the shoulders taken in slightly for a better fit. I am 5'2" and wore flat shoes on the day, the dress fit without dragging at the front
